The Board of the Lithuanian Free Market Institute has served as an advisory body since 20 September 2002. The Board consists of persons who uphold the institute‘s mission and provide an active contribution with their ideas to the mission‘s accomplishment.

The Board expresses its opinion on LFMI‘s project proposals, deliberate ongoing projects and propose new ones. The Board also expresses its opinion whether the institute‘s activity is in line with its objectives. At least once a year the Board hears a report from the LFMI‘s president on the institute‘s activity.
