Dr. Ramūnas Vilpišauskas

Ramūnas Vilpišauskas worked as a senior policy analyst at LFMI from 1997 until November 2004. Ramūnas shaped LFMI‘s position on EU integration and was the initiator of LFMI‘s impact assessment analysis of EU integration.
In November 2004 Ramūnas began to serve as economic advisor to President Adamkus but he continues to co-operate with LFMI as an associate policy analyst. His major tasks at the institute are to generate ideas and studies on EU-related economic policy issues and other aspects of economic policy.
He holds a PhD in social sciences and an MA in international relations and in international relationships and international trade from Vilnius University as well as an MA in international relations and strategic studies from Lancaster University. |
