On May 13-14, 2010, the participants of LFMI’s project “Studying Economics Actively” spent two intensive days of edutainment at an entrepreneurship camp. During the camp, company’s “Alna Business Solutions” Director General Tomas Milaknis spoke about his road to business success. The participants were fascinated by a presentation on the causes and effects of economic crises delivered by LFMI’s Senior Policy Analyst Žilvinas Šilėnas. He spoke about the basic phenomena of economic cycles playing and discussing the animation movie “South Park.” More impressions from the camp can be found here. In the coming school year, we again plan to invite 9^th to 12^th graders to study economics interactively and take part in the courses “Studying Economics Actively.”
