The Lithuanian Free Market Institute (LFMI) organized the "European Think Tank School: Building Management Capacities of CEE Think Tanks", which was held in Vilnius, Lithuania, from April 4-6. The school hosted 30 think tank representatives from 11 countries. The intensive agenda offered excellent speeches and workshops on management, communications and fundraising.

In his introductory address, Žilvinas Šilėnas, President of the Lithuanian Free Market Institute said: “Everyone who is a think‐tanker has to be intellectual entrepreneur. Intellectual entrepreneur is a person who is intellectual, has entrepreneurial skills and loves freedom. Love of freedom in this case is believing that each individual is free and free to make his/her decisions. Naturally, it is not easy to combine all these three characteristics. Participants of this European think tank school should seek to become intellectual entrepreneurs.”
