The Draft Law prepared by the Ministry of Economy seeks to increase transparency in the activities of public institutions under the management of the state and municipalities. According to LFMI, the ammendments set out in the Draft Law should be applied with regard to public institutions under the management of the state and municipalities but should not be applied with regard to public institutions under the management of private partners.
