Some provisions of the draft-law on pharmacy set forth the price regulation of uncompensated prescription pharmaceuticals. The authors ground necessity of price regulation on high prices of pharmaceuticals.  Aiming to improve the access of pharmaceuticals to people LFMI presented its expert conclusions regarding the validity of price regulation, its results on consumers and competition.
