Higher contributions will not solve the problem of income collection. Rather it would make the situation even worse and postpone the economic recovery.  Although the tariffs are increased temporarily, it likely that due to the deteriorating condition of the State Social Insurance Fund and political pressure, the increased tariffs will not be reduced.
